Default Dashboard Menu item Error

Hi all , when ever i try to open  site its getting reload and throwing the error , 

" The Menu item with name Default Dashboard could not be opened". 

Anyone has idea what it is and how to solve it . give urgent solution.

    Hi Wasimahmed,

    This issue indicates that there is something wrong in your environment. Most likely caused by installing deployable packages which are not compatible, doing incorrect customizations or another update.

    Can you indicate what was done before you get this error? If the application is building without errors and the database synchronization is also correct, you should be able to run the application. So please try to find the culprit by building all models and syncing the database.

    Note that if you have installed a deployable package with overlayered models and you don't have the source code, the building will also cause incorrect results.
