"Either there is no default mail client...." error I have tried all the posted fixes.

I am getting the following error on a windows 7 pro-64-bit system, all other computers of a similar configuration are still working properly.

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client can not fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set the default mail client."

I have tried all the posted fixes for this error message I still cannot email a pdf invoice from GP!!! HELP!!
