Hello guys,
I have a problem when I started the default demo in Dynamics 365 Guides in the Hololens 2, the 3D Model appeared totally white to me, but the instructions appeared with colors and I didn't get to find the solution, Does anybody know about this or can help me?

Hello Andre, If you can use the wrist menu to take a photo of the problem, we can better assist you. That is not an expected behavior. Thank you for reporting the problem.

Are you still blocked? Note that we released Guides 8.1 on December 8, and it has many fixes. I'm not aware of a fix for the issue as described but it is worth trying. If you update and still see the issue, please post a screenshot or submit a repro & support ticket as I described earlier. We want to get you unblocked ASAP!
