My client has recently been unable to submit requisitions for approval. SL gives the following message:
Cannot submit Requisiton: '016428' for Approval: Department Approval Requirements have not been established for Department 'CONSTRUCT'.
I have looked and found that the RQREQHDR table does not update the appvlevreq field and for awhile I was able to update that field and the requisitions would release. This doesn't work anymore. I seem to remember back in version 6 or so that if you made changes to the department approval maintenance screen once the system was operational it caused some problems. Departments are setup, users are assigned to the departments, authority level maintenance is set to ALL for all users, department approval maintenance has been setup.
Am I missing something? Any ideas?
