Hello, I am getting issue on UI getting Un filtered.

when I check my two tire dashboard then   view name as unfiltered queue please explain why i am getting this issue

    Hi Partner,
    When you access the design page of this Tier 2 Dashboard:
    --You will find that case is selected in 'Filter Entity', and it can't be editable.
    So all entity views except for the case entities selected as filtered entities will show 'Unfiltered':
    To confirm this, I created a new interactive single-stream dashboard and selected another entity(Account) as filter entity:
