"Unexpected Error" Received When Creating an Update Workflow on Lead

Hello,

I'm getting "unexpected error" when I try to set properties in the update step of a new workflow.

I found these threads but the tab properties have changed so the Knowledge Base Search Control is not part of the dialog. Is that somewhere else now? Is there some other reason this error occurs?

I am not seeing the KB Control on Leads entity either. (Even after enabling Knowledge Management on the Lead entity). It is possible there is something else causing this error.

I recommend you open a support incident with Microsoft Support to investigate this further. This UI error isn't terribly helpful in helping to identify the cause, but our internal telemetry could allow us to get more details on the issue.
