    Hello Shahzeb,

Building your own solution can certainly be done, but it can get pretty complicated.  My company is a DevConnect partner and we have integration to MSCRM 2016 for IP Office, which is both validated and sold by Avaya.  If you go down the path of building your own and decide to re-consider a 3rd party solution, please let me know.

Consider leveraging Unified Service Desk if you want to integrate CRM with your telephony system.

Hi Shahzeb, these days with SaaS driving down the price of software through mass adoption, you will definitely spend more doing it yourself. We recommend Dynamics Telephony (www.dynamicstelephony.com ) where you can get a full product (support, documentation, updates, full features, evolving product, compatibility with future CRM releases, etc. ) all for a few dollars a month. Why do anything else?

    Hi Shahzeb,

You might want to consider a 3rd party CTI connector for that. One that I know of is Tenfold, they can integrate MS Dynamics and Avaya. With their integration service you get features such as click to dial, call pop up, advanced analytics and a few more. You can check them out on the link below.
