    Hi,

Account Schedules is a form with Matrix, which is used for configuring the Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Income Statement, PL Analysis etc.

    Best Regards,

I have the Account Schedules in Analysis & Reporting folder. I think Account Schedules is a form.

    Hi,

If you don't have the Account Schedule, you need to have a customized report.  The Balance Sheet data will be purely from G/L Entry table.

Thanks again for answers. I understood what to do. Can I have the following report format and is there any specific table id or multiple table id could be used to create the report:

    Yes. Krazzy

You need to create 'Balance Sheet' and 'Income Statement' as there are no standard report because layout or format of those statements change  from country to country or depending on statutes.

So using Account Schedules, you can design or pick the required GL Accounts to be used.

I am really thankful to everyone for the answers. I think a balance sheet and income statement report should be created as I did not find any option for them in the financial management menu - Navision v4.0. For creating the report I may need to know the specific table id rather than form id. Actually I have to create the reports basically balance sheet where the standard accounting format should be included like fixed assets, liabilities etc with the total and individual amounts row-column wise. Same for the income statement report. It would be helpful if someone posts a tutorial or link from scratch to create those report specially for Navision v4.0 and no resources are actually found for that version.
