I need to add list of the vendor present in account list with relationship type as vendor on order form.

I have added an inbuilt field name Relationship Type on account creation form, where user will be able to be define the particular account is Customer or Vendor.

Hence i wish to display the list of only those accounts whose relationship type is Vendor.

So, you have a lookup dropdown under the Order form pointing to the account entity?

and you want this option set to display only accounts of type vendor?

you may need to use this:

www.magnetismsolutions.com.au/.../crm-2013-javascript-lookup-filtering-using-addcustomfilter

Thanks for your reply and your understanding for my requirement is also right.

But i am wishing to achieve this without any script or code. Is there any option without it, like just to configure on the business rule or other.

try creating a system view where accounts are of type vendor and status active and set the control to display that view

set the account lookup control to use that view:
