Ability to create Opportunities from Cases

Need to create Opportunities from case form

When auto-creating the Opportunity, should copy the Case Title into the Opportunity Topic field. Also should copy the Account Number, Customer Name, Contact Info, and Attachments from the Case into the appropriate Opportunity fields.

    Hi Sandeep,

    You create a workflow on this.

    Create new field or button on your case like 'Convert to opportunity', this field can be a two option field yes/No.

    Create a workflow: Check condition>>If concert to opportunity=yes

    create record>>opportunity, map the fields dynamically

    Unfortunately notes & attachments cannot be copied over, but for that you can write a plugin; here's how:
