We have a client using RMS ver: 2.0, he purchases $3,000,000 in credits from the local telephone company but receives 3,225,000 units ($1 = 1 unit, but he receives 7.5% as a bonus). When calculating the cost we get a unit cost with approximately 32 decimal places 0.93023255813953488372093023255814). Does anyone purchase minutes from the Telephone company, receive a discount in minutes and resell the total minutes? If so can you suggest a method where we can track the minutes sold and the associated costs?

Errol,
This may required some type of customization. Even with configuration changes, RMS can only track costs out to 4 decimal places. This is due to a limitation of the backing data field in SQL Server. The Money data type only uses 4 digits.
