Hi all,
I have given a link to a client regarding the test of a database. I have already created the client in the database and give him his credentials to enable him access the test database.
After running a given VPN to access the test database , he clicks on the link that has been given to him and enters his given credentials, but an error occurs saying:
"Sorry you do not have access to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Verify that you are configured as a valid user in Microsoft Dynamics NAV"
The client uses Mac os and safari as his main browser. Is this a browser problem?
Can someone please help me to fix this problem?
