Can I use email tracking in mobile CRM App

Hello,

Currently I have D365 CRM on premise and I access it from outlook and internet browser. My question is can I use email tracking function in mobile CRM app? If yes, how to set it up.

Hi keiutou,

For users to track emails on their mobiles they will need to use outlook online with the lightweight app client installed. For more information on the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook read this article.

Thank you for your quick response. I just tried that article. But I can't find any outlook for CRM in mobile version.

You just mentioned outlook online, do you mean ios app or outlook accessed by browser in cellphone?
