The message delivery failed. It must be resubmitted for any further processing

Hi All,

When a CRM user (mailbox(Server side sync) is tested and enabled) sends an email to a CRM contact(email field has values), email activity status becomes failed with following error.

"The message delivery failed. It must be resubmitted for any further processing". There is no alerts in the user's mailbox when this email record got sent.

The same user has send and receive many emails before and after this. Any idea why this is happened?
