I can not create or update any form after upgrade Dynamics 365 CE On-Premise to Version 2104 (9.1.13.12) (DB 9.1.13.12) on-premises

Dear Experts 

Appreciate your usual support as i cannot open or update any form after update my organisation to Version 2104 (9.1.13.12) (DB 9.1.13.12) on-premises

    I Open a case with Microsoft and found the issue to to  unchecked option of Open Microsoft dynamics 356 in application mode from system settings > Customization

    Yes, I perform IIS reset and restart the services and the server but didn't solve the issue,

    What's the error you are getting?

    Have you tried restarting services, Do IIS reset?

    can you enable trace on server ?
