The repeating row does not have enough room to contain our Item Number and Item Description. In Report Writer, the row section was expanded and we moved the Item Description to an area below the line containing the Item Number. It then prints just below the line and repeats.

The modified report Word Template contains the Item Number and Item Description on one line which word wraps the data. If I add a row in the table below the data row and move the Item Description into the new row and cell, it doesn't print. When I move it back up to the same row, it prints so I know the data is being pulled over.

Funny thing is, the MFG ITEM MASTER row which is in addition way down on the table will print the data if checked and shows up as a second line below each repeating row. I just can't add a row for the Item Description and have it show up.

Any ideas?

I ended up using the Vendor Item # and Vendor Item Description on the Word Template. They both show up on the printed or emailed P.O. I have GP2018 installed now.
