Duplicate Record Error

Good Day,

Thank you for your interest. I am receiving a repeated "Duplicate Record" error on HCM Common entity called Bank Account Disbursement. Below are some Error Details that provide some information on what's causing this. The Entity is very important and critical to the organization structure. Thank You again and Best Regards. Error: "

"A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again."

Error code: 0x80040237Session Id: d3acf07a-0915-4700-886c-d49a849df1e8Activity Id: 593cf1ce-c116-4b0b-a03e-d4d2f012b08bTime: Thu Jan 27 2022 14:57:56 GMT-0500 (Eastern Standard Time)

ApiExceptionSourceKey: Plugin/Microsoft.Crm.ObjectModel.CustomBusinessEntityService

SqlExceptionMessage: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.cdm_bankaccountdisbursementBase' with unique index 'ndx_BankAccountDisbursement_AK1'. The duplicate key value is <redacted>.

Hi,

This is coming because you have a key defined against your entity. Navigate to make.powerapps.com ->Data->Tables->Select your Table->Keys-> Deactivate the keys

If you don't want to deactivate the key then make sure you are not entering the same data for new records.
