Twillio SMS and WhatsApp integration for Dynamics Marketing

Hi All

We want to integrate Twillio as an SMS connector for Dynamics Marketing. We also want to use WhatsApp which I see is possible through the Twillio connector. Is this easy enough to achieve? Has ANyone done this and have some words of advice of things to keep in mind before I go ahead?

Is it easy enough to use SMS and whatsapp in customer journeys then with custom tiles? 

Will appreciate advice
