Can CRM send HTML emails without any additional configuration?

We are looking at alternative ways to send emails, and a suggestion from one of our account managers came up with sending emails from CRM instead of ClickDimensions. We are aware that we cannot send images or anything fancy in the CRM emails, but we are wondering if we can send HTML ones without any additional configuration?

You can send marketing emails from Dynamics 365 for Marketing. These emails can include design elements such as text, images, dividers, buttons, content blocks, videos, custom code, marketing pages, events, and surveys. Read this article for more information on this feature.
