How do you merge vendors in SL using NexVue? I finally found how to access the NexVue module, but are these the correct steps to merge a vendor?
1. Go into NexVue utility/module
2. Select Key Change under Process
3. Select Key ID: "AP vendor id (combine)" (F3)
4. Select vendor to be merged ("from")
5. Select vendor to be merged into ("to")
After this, I get an error saying: "Change would cause a duplicate record in POAddress", which then prompts me to enter a different "merged to" vendor.
I checked the PO Address field and it says "default". Both vendors show "default" for the PO Address. We don't use PO's, so I'm not sure what to do from here. Changing the regular address slightly still prompts the same error.
Am I approaching this merge correctly? Does anyone know how to correct the POAddress duplication error?
