Is there a software that integrates with GP to track company stock and employee stock options?

I am looking for a software that integrates with my GP ERP that will track company stock sold to outside investors as well as employee stock options.  I would like the software to track option vesting, forfeitures, valuation and reports for management and auditors.  I haven't had any luck finding anything through my partner.

    I am not sure if it is a perfect fit, and my company doesn't run across this very often, but give this a look.  It may work out.
