Hi,
Having issues installing dynamics marketing application on a new environment created. I was able to install sales enterprise and CRM hub. I am having trouble configuring the Marketing application. When I go into https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources and go to Dynamics 365 applications and select Dynamics 365 Marketing Application and click on manage, it navigates to a Marketing administration portal but comes back with the information "We couldn't retrieve some required information about your application setup. Please try again." and a blank page.
My account has global admin rights and and I have made sure all the pre-requisites mentioned in the Microsoft marketing setup are met. Can anyone please advise what could be the issue here?

There could be different issues causing this failure including licensing, and this will require deeper investigation. I will suggest you raise a ticket to Microsoft support Marketing team for assistance.
