Incremental Push working as full push

Hi Experts

I have created a custom entity for export of purchase agreement lines. When I try to do incremental push for this entity, every time Ax pushes full data. I have enabled change tracking from front end. For surity I enabled it from back end(ssms) as well.  I didn't find any fields that might be dynamically changed. 

ALso, when trying to disable CT from front end I get an error :

AgreementLine is linked with another entity; cannot disable Change Tracking
An error occurred while disabling change tracking for entity ARD_BI_PurchPurchaseAgreementLineEntity. Error message: 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Is your custom entity copy of standard 'PurchPurchaseAgreementLineEntity' entity?

    Yes, Ajit. I duplicated the standard entity PurchPurchaseAgreementLineEntity; made changes in it such as unique key and some field additoin. Will that be a problem? Can you please explain in detail.

    No, there shouldn't be problem with that but I've noticed that entity doesn't have a primary key, I believe you have added that in your entity. Are you getting any message when you are adding your custom entity in data project for incremental push?
