Hi,
I am looking for some help related to this topic. How can I design a solution where a T&M project will be billed based on milestones which could be a PO or sales order or a budget, any idea, suggestion? Is there anyway Milestones be created and linked for T&M projects for billing (to the best of my understanding I have not seen such thing but may be I missed something).

There are some workarounds available.
You can for example record your milestones in a fee journal that you post and then invoice your customer based on the fees recorded. All other transactions must be declared as non-billable.
Another possibility is that you use an internal project for recording your costs and a fixed price subproject that you use for invoicing your customer based on the milestones you agreed upon.
