Cannot find tax service parameter that requires for multiple VAT number registration

Hi All, 

I am trying to setup multiple VAT number registration in one legal entity. Based on the MS document, I need to enable the field "Enable tax service" under Tax service parameters. However, I am unable to find this parameter even the feature "Support multiple VAT number registration" is enabled.

Meanwhile, I cannot find the following based on the MS documents: 

- Number sequence group to the VAT ID of the legal entity

- Tax registration FastTab is missing under [Tax > Indirect taxes > Sales tax > Sales tax authorities]

- Tax registration number field is missing from Sales tax settlement period form

Are they related to some missing setups?

    Thanks for your reply! I found some information. Unfortunately  I still cannot find Tax service parameter under TAX> setup even the feature support multiple VAT registration number is enabled.
