Hi Community please assist in answering the following questions from the client.
- Can new and updates on the customer master go through the workflow?
- Is there a recall option available if the requestor submits in error or the approver rejects or approves in error
- If an approver rejects due to incomplete information, can they add a comment to advise the requestor what is missing and will the requestor be able to edit and resubmit?
- Is the setup of the workflow structure global or per company? There may be differences with Dealers
