I am unable to create a new 'Task recording' as it has the below error:
Similarly while Creating new task recording, i am getting the error as below:
I am running D365 On-Prem. This was working before and not sure what happened all of a sudden. Could you help in troubleshooting this?

seems to something going wrong in deployment, see if the deployment was clean and if possible rebuild and DB sync again and retest

Can you tell if this is an environment with or without customizations? Check if a deployment was done or probably other updates were installed which could be related.

Have you tried doing this in Microsoft edge or internet explorer?
