Hi all.
On our contact/account/leads/opportunities etc. entities have "Save" and "Save and close" buttons. But suddenly, for most of our users, these buttons are not present anymore. They are for me though, but I got admin rights.
It has happened before, but then suddenly after a day or two, they are back
Any idea what this problem can be? I didnt setup our system.

As I can see here your button is not customized then it supposed to be security access issue. Can you please look once for create access.

Hi, apprently we have 2 "Save" buttons and 2 "Save and close" buttons.
I think it is to have the button showing, even if auto-save is on?
Anyway, I attached screenshots of our 2 "Save and close" buttons. I dont really know what I am looking for - I dont see any rules for them

Check the security roles of the users and examine the buttons in Ribbon Workbench. The buttons may have rules affecting visibility for certain security roles.

There are few possibilities that can cause above issue:
1. It might be JS on button that causes visibility hidden
2. Check whether is there any display rule on button
3. User should have create access for that entity.
