Customer Voice: Embedded Survey Pop-Up

Hi all, I am trying to create a survey on my website, but I am having some challenges with it and it's really starting to get to me. I am hoping to set the following rules for it:

  1. I am hoping the survey will pop up after 15 seconds instead of immediately after a page loads

  2. The frequency of pops-up should be at random which means the survey won't show up every time a visitors land on the page

  3. Once a user submit a response, they won't see it again.

  4. Also, if I decide to make it a pop-up, is there anyway I can modify the size of it?

I tried looking everywhere on the customer voice but I don't see anything related to such setting. Does anyone know where or how can I make these rules?

Thank you all in advance!

    Hi Claireho016,

It will be possible if you can host the embed survey on a panel / popup that you can control the visibility and frequency. Today we publish events such as page loaded, page closed or page submitted that you can intercept to manage the experience.  So with the panel/popup that you control you should be able to accomplish 1, 2 and 3 above. Regardign #4, if you can file a support ticket for Customer Voice, we should be able to help you with that.

    Regards,

    Customer Voice Team

Hi team, thank you for getting back! Would you have any guide/reference I can refer to regarding how to accomplish #1, 2, and 3? Thank you so much!

I'm trying to listen on the host page for the submit event on a Customer Voice form embedded in an iframe. I've just seen the comment here: "Today we publish events such as page loaded, page closed or page submitted that you can intercept to manage the experience."

Is this still true and, if so, how is it done? I can't find documentation on it anywhere.

    Thank you.
