Lockbox entry freezes at 97%

Hello experts

We are trying to upload a lockbox file through the Lockbox entry window which we usually do on a daily basis

Nott sure what the exact wrong with the file of today

It start upload transactions and the % progress indicator start counting till it will reach 97% and then freezes

How can troubleshoot this?

    Hi,

    This looks like an old post.  Sounds like some bad data in the file.  If still an issue, please open a support request.  I would run a SQL Profiler trace to see where it is stopping, or if you can split the file into smaller files...

    Cheryl,

    I have a client that is having this issue hanging at 92%.  At first they had a total line in the csv file and had the setup to omit the last line.  We removed total line and removed the omit last line setting and now it hangs at 100%.  The file has 6 lines of data.  When we look at the file in Lockbox setup we see more than the 6 lines when scrolling through the subsequent lines but with no data.  

    The lockbox setup looks fine and they actually had it working at one point until they did a data refresh in the test company and redid the setup.

    Any suggestions?  Could it be a file issue?  We've tried multiple files with different amounts of data.  The filing is coming from the bank as csv so we'd like to keep the format.
