Dynamics Online Report - Only One Record Displays in BIDS Report

Hi There

I wonder if you could help, this is driving me mad!

I have an issue where I create a report from Fetch XML variables and enter the variables into BIDS (Visual Studio).  The report looks nice and the data I need is populated when I click 'Preview'.

I upload the .rdl file to Dynamics Online and attempt to run the report.  The report is for one client with 2 invoice records.

The report runs but only displays the first invoice record, showing record 1 of 1, there are 2 records.

I am obviously overlooking something when building the report in BIDS, could you help?

    Are you running the report in record context i mean by click run report from the Invoice record? If that is the case it will run just for opened  invoice. To run report for multiple records run the report from the report area, that will show all invoice records that matches the fetchxml criteria.

    Hi Cloud IT,

    Your report is using pre-filtering?

    And when you click 'Preview' you were using hardcoded ID to show the invoice?

    Need you to explain more, you apply the report in which entity? Maybe Account to see Invoices or Report by Invoices and you put in the 'Run Report' section, or how?

    If you want to run multiple record, then you might need to select multiple records before you run report.
