Consolidated Payables with Silicon Valley Bank

Our client uses Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), which offers a Consolidated Payables solution that apparently handles vendor check printing, ACH, wire transfers, and positive pay. Has anyone had any experience using SVB's product with GP? And if so, how difficult was it to accomplish? We could, of course, use a combination of existing GP features to accomplish the sum total of SVB's process (Check payments followed by positive pay file upload using Safe Pay, EFT for payables by uploading an ACH file, and electronic bank rec), but I would like to know if a product like SVB's Consolidated Payables solution is even feasible and cost effective with GP or if just using the combination of existing GP products is the best route. Our client really wants to implement consolidated payables.
