Work order will not complete due to Every work order must have a location

We have two work orders that will not complete.    When we validate the Work order we get every work order must have a location.    We have one work type that is closed with a work type  location that is blank.    I can't cancel the line since it is a put work Type.    The order associated with this work type has been deleted.

Any thoughts?
