If you want to stop people adjusting journals from sub ledgers, i.e. system journals then there is a parameter on the COA to stop this, to be set for each relevant account as required. 'Do not allow manual entry' Select this check box to prevent users from manually entering a value for this account in journals. see technet.microsoft.com/.../hh209695.aspx
When the postings are automatic, some will be controlled through approval processes, but for the special journals that the finance department use, you may want to make those private so that only certain people are able to see those journals. see Murray Fife's tip on how to do this:

Hi Yasir,
In that case you need to go for XDS or another customization.
Dear Andre..its not enough for me... the mention process has been done by me...i just want to restrict every one to not make any manual entry in specific journal...my main task is to stop making manual entries.
thanks for your reply

Hi Yasir,
An introduction about XDS (Security policies) can be found here: technet.microsoft.com/.../hh272123.aspx
A private group means that only certain users are able to access certain journals (setup on journal name).
When persons do have access, they are also allowed to change the data. Is this secure enough for you? The security group can be setup in the System administration menu and you link users to this group. Then you can assign a security group on the journal name. When creating new journals batches, this setup will be copied to the journal. It is not applying to already existing
journal batches.
first of all thanks for your reply andre.. yes intergrated journal are different...i don't know XDS...is there any option....but plz explain me how can i do it by restrict access by private group
Regards
Hi Yasir,
to be able to provide the best option, we would need to have some more information. Like who is posting the journals. Does the integrated journals have a specific attribute set, like a separate journal name?
There are options to restrict access by using e.g. Private for user group, workflow (submit after ending the integration), but also eXtensible Data Security where you can define to allow persons to see the journal lines, but not allow for changes when it is related to an integration journal.
