Is SSRS report already created or do you want to create the same using NAV??
My main concern is I want to use my existing sql view to design the report in sql(srs report).

Do you want to design the report in Navision or SQL ? Where you want to use you SQL view ???
Dear Amol Ji,
I am sorry for the little bit confusion. I have manually prepared the View in Sql server 2012. Now wants to use the existing query in sql report designer Part. Here I can link my sql view to sql report designer part plz see the screenshot.
I hope you can understand my actual concern.
very thanx.
hi,
look at this post on mibuso:
forum.mibuso.com/.../how-to-create-ssrs-reports-in-navision
SQL Server Report Service (SSRS) reports exist entirely outside of the Navision environment, but are accessible to Navision via their URL.
The steps are as follows:
-Create a T-SQL query that produces the data set you need
-Construct the SSRS report layout in the IDE
-Publish your report to the ReportServer
-Set all configurations and security in the SSRS Report Manager
-Construct a call to the SSRS report URL including the report name and all parameters
-Call the report via the URL from within C/AL
.........
and look here:

SSRS report runs in browser hosted on Report Server. Create your report and publish on Report Server.
You can call the url including any parameters required to call. Copy the URL of the report
Create a hyperlink from Navision for the URL : http://server name/full path of report/name of report?Parameter=parametervalue
When you click on URL Link the report will open in browser as you usually run your ssrs report.
Hi Manish,
There is nothing to get confused about here...
-> Create a New report in NAV -> say TEST_Report...
-> From MENU Goto TOOL/USE REPORT BUILDER -> YES.
-> Now Design and open layout of "Test_Report" report
it will open layout into "SQL SERVER REPORT BUILDER"
For detailed step follow this link
but I am unable to find the path
From MENU Goto TOOL/USE REPORT BUILDER -> YES.
Dear Sir,
How to define the Parameter in SRS report for making an hyperlink.
Open Development Environment, and then Go Tools then Options then Use Report Builder = Yes
See the bellow image.
For Hyperlink: see bellow image
