Need to add the error message using the hyperlink for the word (HERE) in the message for the field notification.

error message:

/Date falls outside. raise the request HERE./

hyperlink for HERE - www.google.com/

Try to use this addNotification() fucntion:

--Displays an error or recommendation notification for a control, and lets you specify actions to execute based on the notification.
formContext.getControl(arg).addNotification(notification);

--In notification parameter, you can set actions property to acgiev your goal:
