Dear All,
I am using note field on SOP document number to store the shipping information. I added calculated field to get this data but my problem is its formatting differently from line no. 2. How to pad this line so that it will be printed properly on output. Please see the screen shots.

Thanks for your reply Worby but unfortunately changing the font wont fix this issue. The notes field information can be printed using calculated field upto 80 character in a row and then go to the next row but the data on note field doesn't recognize the format or the way typed and print here and there. I ended up moving data back forth on 2nd row to match the heading of each column and somehow managed to print properly.
Youll need a fixpoint font like Courier to get the colums to line up
