Integration manager has an eConnect adapter that will give you the ability to import Fixed assets. You need to install the runntime version of eConnect from your GP install media. After that is installed, you'll be able to add the econnect adapter to Integration Manager.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Dear Leslie,

I installed "eConnect SDK for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0" in my lapton. When I run the Integration Manager  I have the next error message :

"The destination could not be initialized due to the following problem: Unable to load the file or assembly 'Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.eConnect, Version = 10.0.0.0, "

What else Can I do ?

    Hi,

Loading the eConnect SDK will not install the eConnect objects. You have to install the runtime (it needs to be current to whatever version is currently loaded ob your machine. If you're running GP 2010, then you also need to run the compatible version of the integration manager.

    Dear Leslie,

I'm confused. Where Can I find the running eConnect ??  Do I have to create something?

    Carolina,

After you install eConnect you'll need to go to Control Panel, select Programs and Features, find IM and select Change.  From there use Add/Remove Features to add the eConnect endpoint to Integration Manager.
