Portal Licenses for Non-Profit

I have the Dynamics 365 non-profit licenses and I was wanting to use the Parent portal, but I just realized I would have to purchase the portal licenses on top of the Dynamics license. Are there any non-profit licenses for portal? This was a big reason I wanted to use the education accelerator, but I didn't realize I would have this cost on top of the Dynamics license.
