Replenishment work order is not created

Hi All,

The replenishment work order is not getting created. I have read the previously posted relevant queries, but did not find a way out. Also, I have verified all the known configurations. The item has stock in Bulk location. The Fixed location of this item is empty. The work creation history log is created. Please find the screenshots below. Immediate help is much appreciated.

    Please try to enable mixed item on Location and check if it works.

    Hi Charlotte,

    I had read the thread before and had verified the parameters. The Állow mixed items' parameter for both Pick and Bulk locations profiles has been Yes, but it still does not work. Please advise.

    Hi Neeta,

    Why do you have in the Location directive - Work type pick the Location directive action "Only fixed locations for the product". As the product is now not placed on the fixed location, why picking from a fixed location only? My advise is to set this on "Fixed and non-fixed locations", and setup the Location directives Pick action query as you did now.

    Hi Neeta, 

    The system is not able to find a pick location since you have specified via your pick action ‘’only fixed location’’. At the same you have specified via the same action query that the profile needs to be bulk. The latter seems to be contradicting with your fixed location setup since the fixed location of your product does have a profile assigned of ‘’pick’’ instead of ‘’bulk’’. 

    My advice would be to update the fixed location usage strategy so instead of only fixed locations include both fixed and non fixed locations.

    1. Check the inventory in pick location

    2. Check any open work exists for pick location that is going to replenish to pick location

    3. Check the inventory on the bulk location
