Hi, Everyone.

Currently, hundreds of queued emails are there but I need to clear all those things.

How can I do? Please suggest

And I have searched and get some points to change the queued emails status in form(Email sending status) waiting to failed status and it will not send the particular person. Please suggest this is the right way to do clear the queued emails(I don't want to send the queued emails to the consent persons).

You can select all rows with particular status and delete it. Or you want something else?

Hi, Rustem.

The queued email are waiting status, can I select all those and delete it ?

If I did this it cant send the queued emails to consent person?

Yes. You can delete it (take a look at screenshot i've attached).
