Reserve on Sales Order, do not get from Purchase Order

Posted on by 67

Hi Expert,

I have question regarding reserve Qty on Sales Order.

We always using Auto Reserve to booked the stock. When we realized Navision reserve the Qty from Item Ledger Entry and Purchase Order.

Is it possible we setup only reserve from the inventory ?

Because we would like to monitoring our stocks.

thank you

    Raimun,

This is not possible out-of-the-box. If you have Inventory available (ILE), then your Reservations created will use ILE. If your ILE entries have already been reserved it will move to Purchase Orders.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Unfortunately the system design does not allow that.
