We currently use MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 Rollup 10 with the Microsoft exchange 2003 CRM Email Router (also in Rollup 10).
We have a workflow that sends an email when we close tasks , meeting, and folder.
Since the passage 10 Rollup, emails are not sent correctly.
We are waiting the email for a while (minutes to hours) and after nothing happening because the service
"Microsoft CRM Email Router" crashed and stopped sending emails.
In the system tasks, workflow is show as successful ( Marks are green, no red).
But the system tasks display a blue "i" information indicating that "The message has not been submitted for distribution, see Help for more information. We have the impression that the mail is rejected by the "Microsoft CRM Email Router" would be "planted".
When we restarting "Microsoft CRM Email Router", we solve the problem.
All emails arrive at once, and all returns to normal for a few minutes / hours (we do not know exactly how long the Service stopped again).
How to trace the origin of the problem and the crash of "Microsoft CRM Email Router?
