Approval button not appearing-Leave Request

Hi Members,

The approval button is not appearing in the Manager login for the leaves submitted by the reporters.

Note: in the Approve Employee Leave Request - Privilege, the Manager role is added before creating the Time off request.

Kindly help.

Hi Anwar,

I notice it is submitted. Please wait the status 'in review', and then check the workflow history to ensure the approve item is assigned to you.

If yes and you still cannot view the 'approve' button, try to click the tracking details and reassign the work item.

Hi QianQW,

Thank you for your response.

The submitted time off request is still showing as submitted. I have attached furthermore screenprints, in the tracking details I cannot reassign the work item.

Kindly help.

Hi Anwar Ahmed,

It seems the workflow struck in submission status.

Please check if the workflow batch jobs are running? System administration--> Inquiries -->batch jobs.

Thank you for the information, Yes workflow is struck in the submission status

Please refer below the screen print of the batch job related to workflow. Could you guide on this, please.

Hi Anwar Ahmed,

You can manually change these batch jobs' status from withhold to waiting.

Refresh and notice one batch job will execute. Then check the workflow history of the leave request.
