Opportunity - status code

Hello, 

We try to customize the opportunity status (the item that you can choose after WON or LOST action); the fields (for exaple cnceled or sold-out) appears like customizable but when we try to change or add.... nothing happens. Obviusly we try do do this as a the Administrator

    Yes I'll try it

    Into the field Staus Reason (that appears like customizable) I can EDIT o ADD  (the box in which I can do this appears) but when I save the changes nothing happening

    Hi Simona

    You will need to modify the Status Reason field on the Opportunity entity where you can specify different values for each status.

    Remember to publish once you have made the changes.
