Business process stage changed from checkboxes to dropdown, how to revert?

Hi,

I'm not sure if it was an update (how can I tell?) or if I made a change in configuration, but now what previously was a checkbox is a dropdown box, which consumes more time and is bad UX.   How can I change it back?

We are talking about all the former checkboxes that were located in every stage for all the Business Process (Opportunities and Leads), so either it was a configuration from my side or an update.

Please advise.

Bests,

Andres

    Awesome! thank you.

In my case it seems related to browser cache perhaps as is working as normal today and there hasn't been any changes at all.

    Thank you!

    Hi Andres,

We can change field display to "Check box", here is a reference link: why is the Two-Option field NOT showing as checkbox in business process? - Dynamics 365 Sales Forum Community Forum

You can follow these link to add process into a solution and export, after that we can edit bottom in formXML: Preview Custom Controls in Business Process Flows - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Best Regards,

    Sayen Zhang

Thank you so much Sayen for your answer, I checked what you told me and is ok, I'm not really sure why is happening that.

It not only happens with Identify competitors but with all the yes/no options available within the BPF.

    Hi Andres,

When I update to 2023 release wave 1, there is nothing change in my checkbox of opportunity or lead entity.

Please help me to confirm that "Identify Competitors" column type is Yes/no in your environment.

If Appears in dashboard's global filter is enabled, please disable Appears in dashboard's global filter when you edit "Identify Competitors" column.
