Canadian payroll and report reprinting

Can you tell me, as I am having a moment, where I can reprint the Cheque Register, Payroll Register and the various reports found on the HR & Payroll >> Reports >> Cheque Reports - then any of the reports on that screen?

OK, before everyone jumps on - 'that window' - the challenge is that the client got through all the processing, did his financial posting, did his update masters, generated the Cheques and Detail Advise slips, emailed the paystubs, and then went onto the next batch.

He forgot to print the Cheque, Payroll registers for that batch.

I just can not remember where to send him to get it printed.

    To my knowledge there is no way of reprinting the check register for Cdn payroll.

    You can reset the batch status but I'm not sure if you can once the batch is completed.

    The other option is to restore the backup.

    Maybe US Payroll is different, but does "Reprint Journals" offer anything?

    Hi Bill,

    I'm a newbie, but would

    Financial -> Reports -> Checkbook -> Checkbook Register

    give you the checkbook register you need?

    that gives me the accouting details, but it does not have the 'cheque register' or the 'payroll register' which are the two key documents that this person is missing.

    If you use Reports>Canadian Payroll>Cards you can select the Batch

    Transactions is for the most recent...I believe the cards will allow you to do previous

    you can try the detailed range reports??

    Tammy, does that apply if I want to re-print documents from prior months batches?

    I thought that was only for the current batch.

    not running 2013..but in 2010 reports> canadian payroll>transactions>cheque reports may give you what you need??
