Integration between Dynamic365 and ( FreePBX , Asterisk or Elastix )

Dear Sir/Madam,

We want to setup our organization with Dynamic365 and VoIP Systems,

If we choose FreePBX, Asterisk or Elastix, Is there any way to integration? plugin or any kind of services?

Hi Sajed ,

crm integration with VOIP systems belongs to choosen software, which usually provide some functionality to call a service or open a page, passing some arguments (call id, starting time, phone number etc.).

When saving opened page (usual scenario) a plugin or a scheduled task retrieve from a voip system web service all the remaining informations.

Your only need while choosing a system is to read technical documentation or, as i do, to call technical service for an-half-hour overview of system integration.

Hey Sajid! This is very much possible. MS Dynamics is compatible with most phone systems including VoIPs making it one of the obvious choice when it comes to CRM functionality. You can pair MS Dynamics with over 50 phone systems with the help of CTI providers like Tenfold. With features like unified customer profile & screen pop, automatic call logging, and recording. Hi Sajed, you can get off-the-shelf integration. Search Microsoft Appsource for freepbx (appsource.microsoft.com/.../apps or have a look at this one too (dynamicstelephony.com/.../)
