Hello Team,

I have create a workflow activity,its work on test server fine.

But when i tried to deal it with live server its shown me error:

This workflow job was canceled because the workflow that started it included an infinite loop. Correct the workflow logic and try again

Please suggest me how i can reslove the issue.I dont have code of the cutome activity.

    Seems you have recursive process here.

    Do you have plugin also?

    You can limit the context.depth also

    Rahul !

    The default detection works even if the workflow calls child workflows and number of these calls exceed 7 within 1 hour.

    So you can set wait time accordingly.

    If 5 min is your business requirement , You can change depth size from DB.

    Note: It is non recommended solution by Microsoft

    You can change the Depth of execution using this sql:

    update DeploymentProperties set IntColumn = X where ColumnName = 'MessageProcessorMaximumDepth'

    And 'MessageProcessorMinimumInactiveSeconds' for the time limit.

    hi Priyadarshi Purwar,

    Thanks for reply.As i understand,now what is the issue.

    I used 5 min for the testing the plugin which is called by workflow.

    Real time requirement is 1Hrs.

    And i am working on 2013 on-premises.Please suggest me step by step solution as soon.

    That plugin,when i call it by workflow on Test environment its working But once when i replicate same thing on server its not working.

    Even i don't have code of this plugin.Please suggest me the way.

    Let me know how you import to prodution server ? may be problem with import.

    You  should create solution , amd import that solution to production and publish it.

    If no success Pls share error deatils.
