Hi,
I set the session date to 01.08, but in the custPackingSlipJour table in the CreatedDateTime field I got the current date (16.08).. Why is this happening?

    Hi Shooowtek,

It is not possible to get backdated dates in the CreatedDateTime and ModifiedDateTime fields. These are always taking the current time stamp. Changing the session date is intended to populate another transaction or posting date when entering transactions in the application.

    Hi Shooowtek,

Why do you want to change the createdDateTime value field on the table?
Do you want to update createdDateTime value for existing records or it needs to take session date for every new record creation?

    Thanks,
    Girish S.

OK. Is there any way to get a retroactive date?

It's because the session date doesn't have any effect on system fields like CreatedDateTime, as far as I know.
